- Identifying priority accounts and connect them with appropriate licensing and campaign programs in high-level territory plan
- Effectively handling a large number of calls
- Accurately executing current licensing programs and campaigns through CRM activities (Dynamics 365)
- Communicating pre-sales information to inbound customers
- Problem-solving and tackling challenges
- Developing and maintaining Global IT player product and Licencing knowledge
- Previous experience in an equivalent work environment or University Degree in Business, Management, Finance, IT or Commercial sales,
- Sharp communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the web and browsing to find results,
- Proven ability to multi-task,
- Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and diplomatic at all times,
- Native English Speaker
