Job Description

Our business is now recruiting for the job of German-speaking Telemarketing Agent, based Krakow, Poland. You will be working within a diverse team of colleagues from across Eastern Europe, supporting customers within Germany. This is not your standard contact center environment, recent new hires referred to the office as a Business Centre not a Contact Centre.

Responsibilities

• Our friendly team pride themselves on the products and services they offer to the customer, that’s why we are recruiting an enthusiastic, results-driven individual to support customer accounts within Germany.
• You will take responsibility for managing and growing business and increasing customer engagement and loyalty in line with growth targets.

Requirements

• Great communicator, with a winning mentality and a passion for learning,
• Collaborator – can deal with people at all levels within the organization internally and externally,
• Has worked in a telemarketing or internal sales environment, with experience in outbound calling,
• Customer focused, with the ability to source potential new leads, using marketing campaigns for our wide range of products and components,
• Computer Savvy – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and understanding of the Web, along with knowledge of using CRM systems to manage contacts and activities,
• You need to be fluent in the German language with a good level of business English both written and verbal,
