The general goal of the position is to successfully manage orders from partners and ensure they receive best-in-class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handling technical product queries from customers
- Answer technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance
- Handling customers’ complaints, assigning them a partner, managing interactions
- Generating basic reports on several performance factors for evaluation purpose
- Preparing troubleshooting presentations
- Actively participating in the troubleshooting meetings
Requirements
If you;
- Would like to start your international career
- Want to have daily contact with English and German languages
- Are open to working with clients
- Have German skills C1
- Have English skills B2
- Are interested in the technical field
