- Acting as a senior member of the team, being able to advise and mentor Service Desk Agents,
- Troubleshooting/resolving advanced issues and requests,
- Acting as a 2nd line support in accordance with existing knowledge articles and procedures,
- Acting as overflow support for Tier 1 contacts.
We are looking for someone who has;
- Excellent German language skills and fluency in English;
- Experience with IMB Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, Active Directory;
- Good knowledge and experience in MS Windows 10 and MS office applications;
- Outstanding Customer Care skills;
- Good organizational skills, with an eye for detail;
- Dedicated approach and “can do” attitude;
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision;
- Ability to share technical knowledge within the team and work in a team;
- Basic ITIL knowledge.
