Hours of Work: 10:00 – 18:30 (Monday-Friday)
Total Hours: 40 Hours
The Role
The Sales Executive will join the sales function and will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing new business and managing / upselling to existing client accounts. While often working on their own initiative, the role requires a large degree of cooperation amongst all stakeholders involved in the sales cycle process.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Making outgoing / incoming customer calls and processing new sales
- Following up business leads and actively selling our products
- Delivering a consultative selling approach
- Maintain sales pipeline and build customer relationships
- Display a positive and professional attitude
- Up-selling value to our products
- CRM system management
- Develops product knowledge and services sold
- Contributes to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas
Qualifications And Required Skills
- Fluent English, German and Polish, both verbal and written
- 1+ years of experience in sales, telesales or business development
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to build new relationships and maintain the current ones
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative
- High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
