Job Description

Responsibilities

You will;

  • Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally (collaboration with main reception),
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner,
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and organize catering for events and visitors,
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers,
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment (stationery),
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, kitchen,
  • Assist in General Office administration (scanning, copying, …),
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties and activities as and when required (assurance of taxi, restaurants, …),
  • Support HR function on administrative, recruitment and talent management related topics when it’s necessary,
  • Monitor employee attendance on a daily basis,
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and company management,
  • Facility management,

Requirements

You should be;

  • Fluent English and Czech/ Slovak,
  • Professional and warm manner,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • Reliability and self-reliance,
