For our New Client in Kraków Delivery Center we are recruiting candidates who would like to be a part of a fantastic delivery team specializing in procurement processes and to help building this team from the very beginning. The scope covers procurement processes (PR Validation, Vendor MD, Spot Buy, PO Acknowledgement, Invoice issue resolution).
Who are we looking for?
- Very good English (B2) and very good German (min. B2)
- Experience in the Procurement and /or P2P/ C2C/ R2R area would be an asset
- Ability to analyze end to end processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very good customer service skills and client-focused attitude
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing schedule of tasks
What will you do?
- Research and resolve process issues
- Verifies and timely process data through the different tools and systems
- Effectively communicates with clients
- Reconciles customer accounts and has good attention to detail
- Establishes and maintains a good relationship with clients at all levels
- Continually strives to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve processes
- Proactively shares knowledge and best practices
- Continually seeks out ways to improve Client satisfaction
