For our Client in Katowice we are recruiting candidates who would like to be a part of a fantastic delivery team specializing in P2P processes and to help building this new team from the very beginning. The scope covers processes: P2P (AP and T&E resolution team and Help Desk).
Who are we looking for?
- Good knowledge of English and German (at least B2 levels)
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and tasks to accomplish goals
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
It’s not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
- Experience in procure to pay area (for example in processing invoices)
What will you do?
- Ensuring the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
- Managing goods or services claims
- Supporting junior colleagues in process related areas
- Handling queries
- Filling documents according to procedures for audit purposes
