• Handling correspondence; incoming calls – e.g. service related questions and customer support.
• Refunds,
• Ensure that all consumer contact is handled in a professional manner to maximize all interactions,
• Maintaining consumer records in CRM tool,

Requirements

You should;

• Be a native level of Romanian,
• Have an advanced level of English – spoken and written,
• Have good communicational skills,
• Have experience in customer care is an advantage,
• Have creativity and precision,
• Have costumer service-oriented manner,
• Be an independent worker, active approach to problem solving, reliability, carefulness,
