What do you need to start?

• Good knowledge of English and German (at least B2 levels),
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid work permit for Poland or EU ID

We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

What duties will help you grow?

• Ensuring the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely,
• Cooperation and mutual support in group work,
• Managing goods or services claims – either by phone or by email – according to your preference,
• Possibility to use foreign languages daily, working in an international environment.
