Job Description

For our client which is specializing in organizational units and different productions located throughout Europe, we are looking for people who want to join the Krakow and Katowice branch of the company.

The Center is currently moving to the next phase of its dynamic development and is looking for employees ready to support in everyday activities.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service regarding collection issues and the lack of payment.
• Analysis of receivables.
• Preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintaining accurate and effective communication inside and outside of the organization in order to resolve all queries that are withholding payments.
• Building and maintains strong relationships with external customers.
• Preparing basic analysis reports based on internal and external data.
• Correct and timely processing of financial data.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of the German language (min. C1 level)
• Good English skills (min. B2 level)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Excel is a plus
• Very good Customer Service skills
