Our client is providing outsourced indirect sales services to major IT Vendors in the world and constantly looking for talents from multiple countries.
- Manage the area Renewals Sales Specialists team in a player-coach role.
- Have direct renewal sales responsibility for a specific customer or geographic segment within the area.
- Ensure timely and accurate renewals bookings forecasts for the area and its regions.
- Keep track on the status of the area’s top renewal opportunities.
- Analyze reports and metrics to review performance for territory and individual sales specialists.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with sales regions through a formalized cadence of joint planning meetings and business reviews.
- Establish and grows key relationships with local channel partners.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the process and standard methodologies of renewals sales for the area.
- Provide input for the development of programs, strategies, and techniques necessary for achieving renewal sales targets.
- Leverages KPIs to measure team success and sets quarterly and annual performance targets for the team.
- Manage and prioritizes staffing and resource allocation for the area.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent,
- 3+ years of inside sales or telesales management experience preferably in the Information Technology industry,
- Dutch Native with Advanced English,
- Good level of communication skills both verbal and written,
- Customer service-oriented,
- Some experience leading telesales resources,
- Ability to multi-task,
