Our client is providing outsourced indirect sales services to major IT Vendors in the world and constantly looking for talents from multiple countries.
- Manages the area Renewals Sales Specialists team in player-coach role.
- Has direct renewal sales responsibility for a specific customer or geographic segment within the area
- Ensures timely and accurate renewals bookings forecasts for area and its regions
- Keeps track on the status of area’s top renewal opportunities.
- Analyses reports and metrics to review performance for territory and individual sales specialists
- Ensures alignment and collaboration with sales regions through a formalized cadence of joint planning meetings and business reviews
- Establishes and grows key relationships with local Channel partners
- Serves as the subject matter expert on the process and best practices of Renewals Sales for the area.
- Provides input for the development of programs, strategies and techniques necessary for achieving renewal sales targets.
- Leverages KPIs to measure team success and sets quarterly and annual performance targets for the team.
- Manages and prioritizes staffing and resource allocation for the area
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of inside sales or telesales management experience preferably in the Information Technology industry
- Dutch Native with Advanced English
- Good level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented
- Some experience leading telesales resources
- Ability to multi-task
