Responsibilities
You will be running assigned authorized partners / Mid-Market level strategic customers via telephone to detect potential business opportunities. Supporting partners on business development and tracking ongoing projects as an account manager. Leading pipeline, forecasting business and develop an influential relationship with existing customers. You will chase up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and administrate CRM tools, portals, and share points. You will collaborate with country field managers and engaging resources to finalize opportunities.
Requirements
We expect from you to have a university degree or high school with a previous first professional experience in sales. You should be eligible to work in the EU. You should have excellent English and be a native speaker of GERMAN. We require you to have a real sales attitude and the capability to persuade their partners to sign contracts. Also, a high level of communication skills (phone manners) with persuading, influencing and negotiating skills are required. Also, you should be self-motivated and driven. We consider the previous experience in Sales or customer service experience as a plus.
