What do you need to start?

  • Readiness to start your career in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of Finnish (B2) and English (B2)
  • Very good analytical, detail oriented, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Work experience in an international/ multi sites environment or customer service would be an asset

We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

What duties will help you grow as an expert?

  • Investigating deductions (disputes) made by customers and posting relevant records in the system
  • Billing creation in financial system
  • Ensuring that complaints/requests sent via systems are cleared in a timely manner and that no unmatched item remains open
  • Handling day-to-day activities and cooperating closely, when necessary, with customer service representatives, salesmen, Accounts Receivables, and managers to ensure ‘on time’ resolution
  • Maintaining a proactive working attitude towards the clients
