2020 has been a very controversial year so far, yet despite that, it has brought to us some exciting changes to our business and operational structure.

That’s we why we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with experience in both B2B and B2C environments.

He/She will be working for interesting projects with clients from all over Europe by creating and executing digital marketing campaigns from different industries and managing social media accounts.

Half of the time you will be dedicated to B2C for our client in Switzerland who is an established and growing food&beverage brand (both Retail and E-commerce) by managing all the marketing activities.

That’s why a critical aspect is to be passionate about food, storytelling, blogging, engaging with the community, and why not… willing to become a micro-influencer.

The other half you will be focusing on managing digital marketing activities to a small group of B2B clients with the possibility of managing and be supported by a few junior team members

Let us guide you through your main responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting clients with their marketing strategies
  • Taking care of traffic growth and brand awareness
  • Creating a marketing plan and social media management
  • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as blogs, press releases and podcasts, posters, infographics, videos etc.
  • Fix any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts
  • Creating and executing a strategy for PPC
  • Creating and executing a strategy for Email Marketing
  • Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, views etc.
  • Constantly experimenting and improving marketing funnels
  • In-store Marketing (concept design and implementation of content and PR material for in-store customer experience)
  • Regularly track and get insights into competitors’ strategies
  • Community Management

 

You Could Be A Good Fit If You:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C marketing (case studies are welcome)
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken French and English (C1/C2 or a native speaker)
  • Are a multitasker, excellent communicator, and fast learner
  • Have a real passion for digital marketing and eCommerce
  • Understand business processes and B2B/B2C sales funnels
  • Have a basic understanding of SEO: finding relevant keywords with good search traffic and intent potential, analyzing competitors’ visibility
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

 

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Graphic Design taste
  • Practical knowledge in building landing pages and A/B testing
  • WordPress and/or Shopify basics
  • Knowledge of German and Italian
