Our customer is a corporation with many different offices around the world. For their Krakow or Wroclaw office (Poland) we are recruiting a:

Digital Customer Care Representative for multiple markets 

 

The ideal candidate likes to support customers via phone and email, has good communication skills and he is patient and resilient. Moreover, speaks English at the B2 level and one of the following languages at the C1 level: German, Bulgarian, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Czech, or Slovak.

 

What you’ll do:
  • Managing incoming emails, messages, calls and customer service inquiries
  • Assessing customer’s business needs
  • Handling customer complaints and answering questions regarding digital services
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
  • Being proactive when proposing new services to existing customers

 

What you’ll need:
  • English B2 and knowledge of an additional European language at C1 Level: German, Bulgarian, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Czech, or Slovak
  • Valid work permit or EU ID
  • Great communications skills
  • Customer focus
  • Easy to work with
  • Nice to have previous experience in similar roles dealing with customers
