We are looking for customer service representatives for our newest client, a pioneer in the entertainment world. Would you like to join the fascinating and ever-changing digital media world?
You will be responsible to support customers’ requests by phone, mail and social media. You will be suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures, working with special applications and CRM Tools, communication with customers, with very good appreciation skill and high native vocabulary, communicative level of English both oral and written form.
You should have;
- Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office,
- Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office,
- Professionalism and positive attitude,
- Ability to set priorities and handle daily responsibilities effectively and independently.
Do you have also experience in sales or customer service? It is a plus for you.
