We are looking for someone who will be responsible;
- Support customers’ requests by phone, mail and social media
- Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures
- Working with special applications and CRM Tools
- Communication with customers, with very good empathy skill and high native vocabulary
- Communicative level of English both oral and written form
You should have good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office. Native Hungarian speaker with the B2(+) level of English. Previous experience of working in a consumer-driven environment with an understanding of the consumer market. Professionalism and positive attitude are required as well. Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively should be one of your features. Excellent communication and rapport building skills are paramount, as well as attention to detail and the ability to identify a problem and provide a solution. You should be a teammate with the ability to also work independently.
