Responsibilities

You will;

  • Support customers’ requests by phone, mail and social media,
  • Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures,
  • Working with special applications and CRM Tools,
  • Communication with customers, with very good empathy skill and high native vocabulary,
  • Communicative level of English both oral and written form.

Requirements

  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Native Czech speaker with the B2(+) level of English.
  • Previous experience of working in a consumer-driven environment with an understanding of the consumer market.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude,
  • Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively,
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills are paramount, as well as attention to detail and the ability to identify a problem and provide a solution.
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently.
