Do you enjoy discussions about TV shows and favorite films? Now you can do it while working! We currently seek Customer Service Advisors for our partner HBO GO, the online streaming service of the digital media giant HBO.

What you will do in this role:

• Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media from customers
• Help customers with issues related to the service
• Inform customers of promo events
• Work shifts: morning 10:00-18:45, afternoon 14:15-23:00, weekends and bank holidays 12:00-18:00
• Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
• Suitable for people without experience

Requirements

• Fluent in Hungarian – C1 level
• Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to quickly identify customers’ problem and needs
• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
• Team players with the ability to also work independently
• Communicative level of English in both oral and written form
• Flexible starting date upon agreement.
