You will be responsible for providing full support to our customers, phone and email communication with customers, with very good appreciation skill and high native vocabulary, suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures, working with special applications and CRM Tools.
You should have at least a High School and/or University graduates. Native Czech with at least upper-intermediate English is another requirement for this job. You should have Microsoft Office at proficiency level. We are expecting to see professionalism and positive attitude. Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively, team players with the ability to work independently are also other requirements for this position.
