Job Description

If you speak both Czech and English, a team of international professionals is waiting for someone like you. As Credit and Collections Junior Specialist you will be in charge of following control and compliance regulations, booking all transactions on a timely manner and according to the correct account reconciliation, documenting information in the system according to Company procedures. We do not require any previous experience!

Responsibilities

  • Handling the portfolio of assigned Customers
  • Research and resolve dispute cases
  • Conduct variance analysis and research claims
  • Process incoming payments, offsets, reversals and other requests
  • Reconcile AR cash balances
  • Perform Customer Master Data and Order Processing tasks
  • Work closely with the client and maintain a good working relationship

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is fluency in Czech (level B2) and English ( level B2). Also;

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated approach
  • Very good customer service skills and client – focus attitude
  • Teamwork approach
  • High motivation to achieve targets level
  • Ability to organize own workday schedule
  • Good analytical skills
